Rimage Key Operator Training provides Rimage superusers with factory training on current Rimage Producer III and Professional systems. This extensive two-day training course educates key operators in two main areas:
  • Installation and Operator Training: Learn how to properly install Rimage Producer and Professional systems when they are "Rapid Exchanged" and how to train operators using the "Rimage Installation and Training Checklist."
  • Troubleshooting: Learn how to identify and resolve the top operator-level maintenance issues for Rimage Producer III and Professional systems.
Successful completion of this course helps prepare key operators for the variety of training and troubleshooting needs that operators require. This course also equips the key operator with the ability to resolve their own first level support issues.


Rimage requires a nonrefundable $2000 USD (**$1500 with current hardware maintenance contract) registration fee to hold your training reservation. A Rimage Account Services Representative will contact you to get a Purchase Order. The $2000 USD fee is nonrefundable, but may be applied toward a future class if Rimage is notified by email at TT@rimage.com 15 business days in advance of the original class date.

**The hardware maintenance contract must be in effect for at least 6 months after the class.

  • Rimage will provide a lunch each day of training
  • *Attendee is responsible for additional meals, all ground transportation, and airfare.
  • Business casual dress (no jeans) is required for all training
