Download firmware, drivers, and other files from this page. To update firmware, drivers, and other items, open the Directions link listed with the download. To update your software suite to the next released version, you must have a Software Maintenance Agreement.
Important! With all software upgrades:
- Follow your organization's upgrade policies and procedures.
- Ensure prior system backup to allow from recovery, should any problems arise, and perform a system test before full implementation in production mode.
- If your Rimage system is part of an integrated solution, contact your solution provider to ensure your software version is compatible with the other software / hardware components of the system.
