Important! Before downloading any type of software:
- Follow your organization's upgrade policies and procedures.
- Ensure prior system backup to allow from recovery, should any problems arise, and perform a system test before full implementation in production mode.
- If your Rimage system is part of an integrated solution, contact your solution provider to ensure your software version is compatible with the other software or hardware components of the system.

High quality service and a great value. 4-5 business days delivery of the replacement unit or parts for you to install.
- Detailed replacement instructions are included, making replacement straight forward.
- Includes one print head replacement, if needed, per year (see contract for applicable freight costs).
- Direct access to the Rimage technical call center and in-depth remote diagnostics resolve issues quickly.
- Business hours phone support and access to the Rimage KnowledgeBase.
