Color change error.

• Ensure that the print ribbon is threaded properly.
• Ensure that the take-up roll is not rubbing against the printhead cover. This disrupts the normal advance of the multicolor ribbon. Remove the ribbon and reinstall.
• If your printer has a lock lever, ensure the lock lever is closed to hold ribbon spools in place.
• Replace the ribbon if the take-up spool is full.
• Verify the installed ribbon type against the ribbon type specified in printer driver.
• If you are using a color ribbon and this problem persists, try another color ribbon.
• The label file you are trying to print may exceed the maximum label height.
