Error opening printer drawer.

• Look for something preventing the printer tray from moving out.
• If the lift arm is in the way, run diagnostic test 3 to calibrate the lift position.
• If the clamping ears at the front of the print tray are down with the tray in, lift the clamping ears up with a small tool.
