An ink cartridge is missing or mis-seated. Wait a minute after re-seating the cartridge before clicking 'Retry'.

1. Open the ink cartridge access door.
2. If the cartridges are not installed, install authentic Rimage ink cartridges.
3. Close the ink cartridge access door.

1. Remove the ink cartridges.
2. Remove the protective seal or tape on the bottom of the ink cartridge.
3. Reinstall the ink cartridges.
4. Close the ink cartridge access door.
5. Resume operation.
