Failed to get tray location from transporter, Sense code xxx

The Rimage autoloader could not find an open recorder during the startup sequence.

• Check the cable connections from the PC to the autoloader.
• Restart the power on the autoloader.
• Restart the PC power.
• If the error message reoccurs, replace faulty recorder.
