No recorders were detected.

• If the autoloader was powered on after the PC was powered on, the recorders are not recognized by the appropriate driver.
• Restart the PC power and then start the Rimage software.
• Check the USB and the FireWire cable connections.

1. Open Windows Device Manager.
2. Resolve any alerts or errors with the 1394 or USB devices.
