Why can't I record DVDs when I have DVD-R drives in my autoloader?

• If you are using Rimage Software Suite, version 6.x or later, refer to the  Change the media type setting document.

• If you are using Rimage Software Suite, version 5.x, follow these steps:

1. Open Production Server.
2. Stop the Production Server.
3. Select the Options menu.
4. From the menu, select Parameters.
5. Select the Transporter Configuration tab.
6. Change the Media Type option to DVD-R.
7. To save the changes, select OK.
