Parts of the printed label or disc are peeling off the disc.

If the data layer or disc surface is peeling off the disc, the media you are using is not compatible with the Everest Printer. You must use media that is compatible with the Everest printer. Rimage recommends using the Rimage Media Kits for the Everest printer.

If the transfer ribbon is not adhering to the disc, open the Everest printer driver and change the Media Type setting to match the media.
