Shipping Restrictions

Some restrictions apply to shipments. Rimage WebShop services locations in the United States only and will not ship to P.O. boxes. Special shipping instructions or expedited shipping are not available through the WebShop. Other details are available at the UPS website.

Delivery Estimates

Rimage primarily uses UPS for domestic freight and small packages. Delivery times are based on average UPS transit time to destination from the greater Twin Cities area.

Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

• Delivery within 3 to 5 business days for most locations.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 21 days for these locations.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a tracking number with your shipment notification. This information is also available online in your order summary.

Customer Pick Up

Customers may opt to provide their own shipping when creating their order. Rimage will provide product for pick up at a specified date.
